sunflower seed peanut feeders Discussions And How To's
| Have you ever tried Sunflower seed butter? | | It is very similar to peanut butter, but in my opinion it tastes so much better. It is also a lot healthier as well, you would not think so because it is so tasty! It has no sugar (though some brands might have 1g of sugar), and it is a lot healthier than peanut butter. It also does not have cholesterol. It is high in manganese, magnesium, pantothenic acid, and phosphorous, which are great for the body. You have got to try this stuff someday, I guarantee that you would like it if you like peanut butter! | |

Do you go through streaks of being addicted to them?
Do you get the flavored kinds (BBQ, ranch...etc) or do you eat them salted or unsalted? Shelled or unshelled?I am going through my streaks of eating them again (like I am now, which brings up the questions lol). I eat mine salted, shelled, & no flavors.
My tongue & lips gets sore from eating them, but oh how I enjoy them!
| | Pumpkin seeds and such. | | I was thinking the other day when a friend suggested eating sunflower seeds. It got me to thinking about roasted pumpkin seeds. I had always eaten them like a sunflower seed. Crack open eat the meat that's in the middle throw away the shell. Then one day I was given pumpkin seeds and was told to eat the whole thing, outside and in. Well, I did. Now it brings up a question:
When you eat pumpkin seeds, do you eat the whole thing or crack it open like a sunflower seed?
Do you eat the shell of the sunflower seed too?
| | Death to Immunizations! | | Immunizations (immunity vaccinations) are nothing but outright poisons! Like antibiotics, immunizations weaken your body’s defense system and eventually make it difficult for your body’s defense system to be able to resist infections and diseases. What happens when harmful bacteria enters the body? When harmful bacteria enters the body and attacks healthy tissues, your body automatically responds by manufacturing antibodies in the liver that circulate in the blood and cells to fight the harmful bacteria. But there are some Scientists who reason that rather than focus on proper nutrition to help strengthen the body’s natural defense system, they would inject people with dead or weakened harmful bacteria which will force people to produce antibodies prior to an infection or an epidemic. What these Scientists and their allies (the pharmaceutical industry in the main) do not tell people, however, is the fact that this artificial preparatory process always involves unfavorable side effects. Additionally, some people, because of their chemical makeup, may also react in extreme conditions to these vaccinations. There are several unpleasant and recorded facts about this process (links... | |
| | Little Snob | | My home computer desk sets right in front of a window so I can see my backyard while conducting business or just playing around. I have a few bird feeder outside my window. Well there is this little Chickadee that is such a snob. It will set there and filter through all the bird seed until it finds a sunflower seed. Granted that is probably telling me something, I should just buy sunflower seed, but it seem most of the other birds will eat the little seeds that the little snob would not. My biggest problem with this act of snobbishness is the chickadee throws the little seeds onto the ground. Now maybe the other birds will find the seeds but I do not see them doing so. I always thought beggar should not be choosers but I guess that does not apply to birds. | |

| | Obey this 1 rule and loose belly fat! | | Tired of seeing this ad and having to pay for the answer? I just read it in a magazine yesterday and it's really simple!Eat 2 tablespoons of MUFA foods with your meals! I've already been doing this and I had no idea it's a great way to burn body fat.MUFA's are mono unsaturated fat's and are found in nuts such as almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, walnuts, peanut butter, hazelnuts, and probably a few other nuts and seeds. Also in avocados, sunflower seed oil and olive oil. I always cook with sunflower seed oil and I use olive oil on my salads that I usually top with sunflower seeds.Do you already do the MUFA diet and didn't know it? Do you plan to incorporate these foods into your meal plans? I'd say I ate at least one serving a day with my meals but I just added it to my breakfast and plan to do this with at least 3 meals. | |
